Critical Home Repair, Weatherization, and Anti-Displacement Program

The Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA) is partnering with the Portland Housing Bureau to work with East Portland homeowners. We’re addressing critical home repair and weatherization needs for the East Portland, City of Portland Neighborhoods, and stabilizing the community one home at a time.

Our Critical Home Repair Program focuses on serving neighbors who: 

• Own and occupy their homes in East Portland (See map of Neighborhoods served)
• Are 55 or older and/or have a disability
