Preschool for All (PFA) connects families in Multnomah County to free, inclusive, culturally responsive early education. The program is expected  grow over time, increasing the number of children and families that it serves each year.

Applications are open for Preschool For All, with the first group of preschoolers taking their spots in September. All families in Multnomah County with 3- and 4-year-olds will be eligible to apply. While capacity is limited, families who currently have the least access to high quality preschool will be prioritized. NAYA is a family connector organization and our family navigator is ready to help families with their applications.
