NAYA’s wrap around services include programs that are essential to the health and wellbeing of a family when times are difficult. Knowing where to turn when emergencies occur is a critical connection to vitality, and NAYA is here to help.

housing & shelter

NAYA’s Housing and Stabilization Services Department offers advocacy services, longer-term housing stability assistance, energy assistance, and move-in assistance for unhoused families.

Food Pantry and Clothing Closet

NAYA’s food pantry is supported in part by the Oregon Food Bank and the Portland Police Bureau’s Sunshine Division, both of whom have been a partner in feeding hungry families in the Native American community for many years.

Utility Assistance

NAYA’s Utility Assistance program promotes wellness and housing stability within our communities by providing utility assistance for income-qualified Multnomah county residents.

Youth Housing Services

Native American Youth and Family Center is part of the Homeless Youth Continuum in Multnomah County. We work with youth, ages 16 to 24, experiencing homelessness and housing instability.

Survivor services

Survivor services works to end silence around  issues of domestic and sexual violence by promoting community strength, respect, and balance in relationships.
