The Healing Circle works to end silence around issues of domestic and sexual violence by promoting community strength, respect, and balance in relationships, and reinforce that violence is not, nor ever has been, a traditional Native American value.

Confidential Hotline:

Call our hotline for information around safety planning and how to access local resources like shelter, protective orders, counseling, basic necessities, and emotional support.

Ongoing Support:

We offer longer term support around comprehensive safety planning, relocation, accessing basic necessities such as food and household items, navigating local resources and public benefits, and building cultural connection.

To access services, contact us by phone or email. At this time we are not able to provide walk-in support, please reach out to schedule an appointment to meet with an advocate.

Eligibility

Our services are meant to support people who have experienced domestic violence in any type of relationship, unwanted sexual contact of any kind, or behavior from a partner that felt unsafe within the past year (12 months). If you aren’t sure if your experience fits this description but would like some support, we still encourage you to reach out.

If you are in crisis, please contact our community partner Call to Safety at 503-235-5333 for 24/7 crisis support or call 911 if you are in immediate danger

For 24/7 crisis support in Spanish, call Linea UNICA at 503-232-4448

For support applying for a protective order, accessing legal aid, and exploring shelter options contact the Gateway Center at 503-988-6400 between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
