Preschool For All
Preschool for All (PFA) connects families in Multnomah County to free, inclusive, culturally responsive early education.

Preschool for All (PFA) connects families in Multnomah County to free, inclusive, culturally responsive early education. Expected to grow over time, PFA is increasing the number of children and families that it serves each year. All families in Multnomah County with 3- and 4-year-olds will be eligible to apply for the first
group of preschoolers taking their spots in September of each year. While capacity is limited, Preschool for All will prioritize families with the least access to high-quality preschool.
NAYA is a family connector organization, and our Family Navigator is ready to provide information and support to families interested in enrolling their children. The PFA navigator supports families in choosing the right school for their child, assists with the application process, and connects families to other NAYA wraparound services for which they are eligible.
Please visit the county’s Preschool for All: Questions & Answers webpage for more information.
