families who are experiencing challenges and barriers, uplifting them to identify goals and overcome obstacles so they can keep their children at home while moving forward in their journey.

Eligibility

To Qualify: Individuals and Families with children aged prenatal to seven years old who need extra support to prevent involvement in the child welfare system.
