The Policy and Coalitions Strategist advances NAYA's Oregon and Southwest Washington policy priorities by representing NAYA in coalitions, managing stakeholder relationships, and engaging in legislative and local advocacy. Working across NAYA's Family Center and Action Fund, this role ensures aligned and strategic policy efforts. The Strategist tracks policy activity, drafts briefs and testimony, and prepares decision memos to support leadership and board action. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $75k to $85k.
