NAYA is seeking an IT Manager to lead the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance of networks, servers, security systems, phone systems, and related technologies. This role serves as the primary project manager for IT initiatives, driving system improvements and aligning technology strategy with organizational growth and goals. The IT Manager also supervises and mentors IT staff, delivers high-quality technical support, and partners with leadership to strengthen and scale technology across multiple locations. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $90k to $95k.
