
Nancy Phillips
Nancy Phillips has been integral in building Pac/West into one of the most influential political public relations firms in the region. With a Masters Degree in Teaching and 15 years in the classroom teaching communications skills, Nancy assisted clients and staff in delivering effective messages on vexing issues.
Nancy directed the growth of Pac/West from one office to, at one point, five offices that reached across the United States. She is responsible for administration and management of operations and addressing client needs.
In addition to her corporate responsibilities, she maintains an active role in the community, working with community service organizations that benefit women and children. She is a supporter of women in education.
Nancy serves on the Board of Trustees for Pacific University. She previously served on the board of The Foundation for Tigard Tualatin Schools.
Nancy brings hands-on classroom experience teaching oral communications to Pac/West clients. She is proficient in message development and delivery. Her training in speech, language arts and oral communication enables her to provide counsel to individuals looking to target their message.
Nancy holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Speech and a Masters degree in Teaching from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Ore.

Personal Interests: Supporting organizations and causes for which she and her husband and Pac/West co-owner, Paul Phillips, care deeply about, especially those that help women and children.
