Valencia Ocampo, a Portland Native is a Homeownership Counselor at Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA), where she helps individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals through education, counseling, and access to resources. With a background in real estate, housing counseling, and community advocacy, Valencia is committed to expanding equitable access to homeownership and financial opportunity.

A passionate advocate for housing stability and wealth-building, Valencia works closely with community organizations, policymakers, and housing coalitions to support affordable homeownership initiatives and strengthen pathways to generational wealth. She has participated in state-level advocacy efforts focused on housing access, down payment assistance, and asset-building programs. Drawing from her Native, Mexican, Black, and Puerto Rican heritage, Valencia brings a deep commitment to serving historically underserved communities and empowering families to build a stronger future.
