Lisa Booth is a strategic and mission-driven financial leader with extensive experience guiding organizations through growth, operational strengthening, and complex funding environments. As a seasoned Chief Financial Officer, she brings deep expertise in financial management, budgeting and forecasting, audit and compliance, and multi-department operational leadership. Lisa is known for developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, and building systems that elevate transparency and decision-making across the organization.

Throughout her career, Lisa has overseen the full scope of finance and support operations functions, including accounting, treasury, grants management, internal controls, and organizational planning. She has led organizations through major transitions, strengthened financial infrastructure, and partnered closely with executive leaders and boards to align financial strategy with mission and long-term sustainability.

Lisa is deeply committed to supporting organizations that advance equity, community wellbeing, and meaningful impact. She combines analytical rigor with empathetic people leadership, ensuring staff feel supported, informed, and empowered. Her work consistently centers on strengthening financial resilience so programs and communities can thrive.

Lisa relocated with her daughter from Alaska last year, she is Alaska Native(Tsimshian and Yupik) and grew up in Metlakatla, the only reservation in Alaska. She has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and an MBA in Management from the University of Alaska. Lisa and her daughter, Olivia (13), both enjoy traveling, baking, and spending time with family in Portland, Anchorage, and Metlakatla.
