My work allows me the opportunity to serve my people using my formal education and lived experience. Offering resident services at two NAYA properties provides me an avenue to reach people where they live. I feel that helping people navigate a complicated system can assist in reaching any goal desired. The people that live in these building are my people. I am the community that I serve.
