NAYA Family Center is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Donor Relations Manager to join our Development and Communications team. This role manages a portfolio of up to 75 donors, implements donor stewardship strategies, and supports the expansion of NAYA’s donor base to advance fundraising goals and engage the community. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, you will help grow major gifts, sustaining gifts, and planned giving while fostering strong relationships with individual and corporate donors. Pay for this position is $85,000 annually.
