NAYA invites all members of Portland’s Native American community to our Homeownership Program Orientation. Would you like to know more about our Homeownership Services, including homebuyer education, homeownership coaching, program resources, and referrals? If so, this session is the first step in finding out how we can support you on your path to homeownership. This class is free and open to all.

NAYA’s Advocacy Team will host community trainings through February to prepare community members for our Legislative Day of Action on February 12, 2020. Our January 23 Chxi San playgroup is a special trip to the Portland Children's Museum! The Pathways Home: Homebuyer Education class takes you through the steps to reach mortgage-readiness and each step of the home buying process. This interactive class uses current, culturally specific information and exercises from Pathways Home: A Native Homeownership Guide (developed by the National American Indian Housing Council, NeighborWorks America and Oweesta). Join us at Culture Night for fun activities and discussions! Culture Night is a time for families and community members to come together, share a meal and to learn traditions and crafts.
