NAYA Wins $10,000 in More Than 24 Contest

NAYA was the clear victor in a one-day fundraising contest which brought nearly $100,000 to United Way of the Columbia-Willamette. The effort, #morethan24, asked donors to give more than $24 over the course of a single day. NAYA led the pack of 30 local non-profits, each worthy of support. The second and third prizes went to Human Solutions and Open Meadow, respectfully.

We thank the United Way for sponsoring this contest, and all the many community members, supporters, and new connections who saw the #loveNAYA campaign, sent us a video and voted for NAYA to receive this award. The $10,000 will be used to launch a new fundraising effort for Generations, a new housing development in SE Portland’s Lents neighborhood.
