NAYA's Advocacy Team will be hosting three virtual Oregon LEAD alumni feedback sessions to help guide and inform us through the process of re-envisioning NAYA's leadership development program. Our intention for these sessions is to aid in re-energizing and re-centering future LEAD programming around cultural values and community driven priorities & leadership practices based on feedback from community leaders most familiar with the program.
