Any college students or high school seniors planning to attend college should be filing their FAFSA and we are here to help! Saturday, January 11, 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Please sign up using this link: https://linktr.ee/NAYACCC. Sign up is required. In order to complete FAFSA for the 2025 school year, you will need to bring both your parents and your own (if you filed taxes/made less than $12,000) 2023 tax returns.

Volunteer at the NAYA Community Garden Wapas Nah Née Shaku! Mondays (excluding holidays) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., we’ll need helping hands in our community garden, located behind NAYA’s main campus in Northeast Portland. Saturday opportunities will return mid-March. We need help with mulching, weeding, compost making, and removing invasive plants. Culture Night is a time where families and community members can come together to participate in any number of activities: beading, singing, crafting, intertribal drumming and dancing. Culture Nights also offer workshops, often hands-on, where you can learn all kinds of Indigenous teachings.
