From infants to elders, the gifts and medicine we each bring to this world are unique and diverse.

Join us on Monday August 23, 2021, at 5 p.m. to share stories and wisdom about creating meaningful change in our communities. We’ll hear from Brown Hope Mutual Aid Coordinator O’Nesha Cochran and community activist & water protector Amanda Squiemphen-Yazzie about their experiences influencing social change in our community and some ways you can get involved.

In addition, we will dedicate some time for a short brainstorming session to discuss vaccination hesitation in the Portland Native community and what we can do to understand and reach out to those in the community who remain unvaccinated. NAYA is committed to making sure we understand these concerns, but we need your insight and experience to help.
