DATE CHANGE: Normally these meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of the month, however this month (AUGUST) we decided to postpone a week for members of the All Nations Canoe Journey Family to return from their trip. Keep posted about possible location change as well.

Portland Youth and Elders Council is a grassroots advocacy group housed at NAYA Family Center and is open to everyone interested in building a strong civic connection with the local Native American community.
