This event is being held to honor those who survived residential schools, boarding schools, day schools and forced adoption and/or assimilation efforts by the church and government, as well as the children who never made it home to their families and communities.

There will be drop-in community art activities for Native people to honor their family members, and we will be offering light refreshments.

We are also doing an open call for sharing honour songs at 6pm to help close out the day.
