Join us as we celebrate Tawna Sanchez, Shoshone-Bannock, Ute, and Carrizo, Oregon’s 2nd Native American ever to be elected to the Legislature in Oregon, and the first to represent Portland. Only days before the start of her first Legislative Session in Salem, join community members in showing her that we stand with her as she starts this journey.

Hosted by Concordia University, the NAYA Family Center, and the Portland Youth & Elders Council in the SEAC Room (located on the second floor of our Hagen Building). Light refreshments will be provided. This is an alcohol-free event.
