The Native American Youth and Family Center is excited to invite you to Portland’s 14th Annual NAYA Housing to Homeownership Fair to be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at NAYA .

The NAYA Housing to Homeownership Fair offers valuable information and resources with free food, educational workshops, vendor booths, and networking opportunities. There will also be a raffle for prizes and also down payment assistance and mortgage/rental assistance.

Since the first Homeownership Fair in 2006, NAYA has awarded over $60,000 in down payment assistance grants used by 32 homebuyers. You could be a winner at this year’s event!

NAYA believes that both affordable housing and homeownership are critical for the economic stability of Portland’s Native American community. Our Homeownership Program provides culturally specific financial wellness education, home buying education and one-on-one financial coaching to all in need.

Last year, the fair hosted more than 200 families from diverse backgrounds wanting to learn more about resources for homeownership and other community programs to make their housing goals a reality.
