October 9, 2018 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Positive Indian Parenting is an eight week course focusing on traditional and culturally specific parenting practices and values. We will explore attitudes in a variety of traditional child-rearing ways and apply them to values and challenges of modern parenting skills.

This session is designed to explore storytelling as a part of parenting. It examines the tradition of storytelling in relation to communication with children, the parents’ role in the development of good judgement and the importance of spending quality time with children.
